Compare Your Dental Plan Options

Here’s a look at how your dental plan options compare. To learn more, review our Benefits Guide on the Resources Page.

Under both options, you can choose to receive care from a provider who is part of the Cigna network and pay less for care, or a provider outside the network. Preventive care is covered 100% and you have the same level of coverage for basic and major care under both options. The difference is you have a higher annual maximum and orthodontic coverage under the Cigna Dental PPO – Plus.

No ID Cards Required

Cigna Dental does not provide ID cards. You only need to give your dental provider your name and Social Security number. However, if you’d like to print out an ID card, go to www.cigna.com.
