Health Savings Plan

A high deductible health plan that lets you pay less when you use in-network providers, or go out of network for care. After you meet the combined medical and prescription drug deductible, you pay coinsurance. You can also contribute pre-tax dollars to a Health Savings Account (HSA) to help pay for qualified medical expenses you have now or in the future.

HRA

Has lower deductibles than the Health Savings Plan and lets you use in- or out-of-network providers. After you meet the medical deductible, you can use an EXL-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to help pay eligible medical expenses. You cannot contribute to the HRA.

Premium (PPO)

Has the lowest deductibles of the medical plan options and lets you use in- or out-of-network providers. You’ll pay copays for certain services with no deductible, and coinsurance for others after you meet the medical deductible.
