EXL offers two mental health benefits: Spring Health and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Spring Health is available to EXL medical plan participants, while the EAP is available to all EXL employees and their eligible dependents.

Spring Health is a mental health and wellness benefit available at no cost to EXL medical plan participants. Employees and their dependents can receive up to six free therapy sessions and six free coaching sessions each year. Spring Health also provides the following:

• Personalized Care. Take a short online assessment to get a care plan designed just for you, based on your immediate needs and long-term goals.
• Care for Your Whole Family. Families need mental health support too. Spring Health offers fast access to providers who specialize in working with couples, families, children and teenagers.
• Diverse Providers. Find a therapist you can relate to. Search by condition, specialty, gender, race, language and more.
• Wellness Exercise. Get on-demand access to a digital library of self-guided exercises designed to improve your mental wellbeing.
• Medication Management. If needed, meet with prescribers who can manage your medications during care.
• Connect. with a professional coach to help you set and achieve tangible goals, build new skills and develop healthier habits.
• A Work/Life Service. Get matched with financial and legal services when appropriate.

EXL provides the EAP through Guidance Resources. There’s no enrollment required and EXL pays the full cost for this program. Through the EAP, you and your eligible household members have 24/7 access to confidential counseling to help you address life concerns, like relationship issues, drug and alcohol abuse, financial hardship, and general stress or depression. Many issues can be addressed directly with your EAP professional; in some cases, you may be referred to other resources.
